NATIONAL POST TAKING IN A SHOW

National Post has announced it has been named the official media sponsor, print category, of the Toronto International Film Festival. The festival, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, runs from September 7 to the 16. National Post's sponsorship of the event includes the production of two, supplements, the first scheduled to run nationally in July celebrating the festival's anniversary and the second four-colour supplement scheduled to run in the Toronto market only, just before the opening of the festival. The Toronto International Film Festival is expected to draw a crowd of 300,000 including filmmakers, media and industry participants.
