UPS CANADA EQUIPS BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF CANADA

UPS Canada, working with the Canadian Olympic Association, has chosen the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada as its beneficiary for its Sports Legacy program. The program, launched by UPS in the Fall of 1997, was an extension of the company's sponsorship of the Olympic Games. The 2000 Sports Legacy program promotes grassroots sports and recreational programs by donating new sporting equipment to its beneficiaries. Boys and Girls Clubs in Toronto, Montreal, Fredericton and Moncton will be working with UPS over the next few months to determine what equipment is needed by individual clubs.
