CANADIAN BUSINESS REPOSITIONS AS BUSINESS NEWSMAGAZINE
By Adnews Staff
Canadian Business magazine is concluding a series of new changes with a new look in April. The redesign is the final step following changes made to the publication's frequency, production schedule and repositioning as a business newsmagazine. Robert Livingstone, publisher, explained the changes are "part of the evolution of the magazine." Canadian Business will now publish ever two weeks with a tighter production schedule. Stories will close Saturday, go to press Sunday and sent into distribution on Monday. Editorial will focus on the future and not the past and editors will also focus on three new areas: technology, investing and careers. Donna Braggins, art director for Canadian Business is working with New York designer Paul Roelofs for the April redesign. Canadian Business is published by Rogers Media and has a total circulation of 80,000.
