CONTACT LENS PROVIDES MAXIMUM VIEW
By Adnews Staff
LensCrafters of Cincinnati, Ohio, has given Canadians a potential way to say goodbye to traditional reading glasses with the introduction of its Maximum View Progressives contact lenses. The new Maximum View contacts match the natural movement of the eye for transitions when focusing from far to near. A common condition that affects the eye's ability to change focus between objects that are far and near is called presbyopia. The condition is caused by a loss of muscle tone which affects the focusing ability of the natural lens inside the eye. Maximum View lenses correct vision for all distances, including near, intermediate and far. LensCrafters officials could not be reached to confirm advertising plans. PR for LensCrafters in Canada is handled by Langdon Starr Ketchum of Toronto.
