UNITED WAY KICKS OFF VICTORIA FUND-RAISER
By Adnews Staff
The United Way of Greater Victoria launched its 1995 campaign in mid-September with a focus on showing how the organization solves problems in the community and encouraging people to get involved. "We want to reassure potential donors that their generosity is appreciated and that their contribution will be put to good use," marketing and communications associate director Marilyn Frances says in a release. The campaign uses radio and TV PSAs, as well as transit, print, posters and a four-minute corporate video created by WKL Communications and Suburbia Studios, both of Victoria. Also involved in creating the campaign were Artray Productions, Seacoast Sound, TranSign and the Fleming Group of Companies, all of Victoria.
