NIKE OPENS FACTORY OUTLET STORE IN QUEBEC

Nike Canada of Thornhill, Ont. opened its first factory outlet store outside Ontario last week. Located in Saint-Sauveur-Des-Monts, Que., the store is over 10,000 square feet in size and offers up to a 30% discount on Nike merchandise such as shoes, apparel and sports equipment. The new outlet is being promoted using local newspaper ads created by Artwords of Toronto. Nike has sales offices in Montreal and Vancouver, a distribution centre in Toronto, the new Nike retail concept store, which opened earlier this year in Toronto and factory outlet stores in Cookstown and Niagara Falls, both in Ontario.
