TWO BUSINESS FORM COMPANIES WORK TOGETHER

Illinois-based Wallace Computer Services has teamed up with Delrina Corporation to develop electronic forms for large organizations. Toronto-based Delrina, which is best known for its Winfax software for PCs, produces FormFlow electronic forms for companies to use in their e-mail systems. Wallace markets the Wallace Information Network forms management system for large organizations. Delrina recently agreed to be taken over by Symantec Corporation of Cupertino, California. Meanwhile, Wallace is fending off a hostile takeover bid from Toronto-based Moore Corp., the largest business forms maker in the world. Wallace management says the price Moore is offering is too low and is advising shareholders to not to tender their stock. Moore says it can give Wallace's products wider distribution in Asia and Europe. The acquisition of Wallace would give Moore more clout in the U.S.
