Jacqueline Howe has been promoted from sales director to president and publisher of Camar Publications of Markham, Ont. Camar publishes such magazines as Canadian Gardening, Canadian Workshop and Le Coureur de Neige. Kaksha Mehta has moved up at Wunderman, Cato, Johnson of Toronto from account executive to senior account executive. Mehta works on the DirectProtect/Cooperators business. Lyne Rivard has been appointed advertising sales assistant director for Les Affaires newspaper of Montreal. Most recently she was sales director of Les Affaires Plus magazine. The newspaper and the magazine are published by Transcontinental Publications of Montreal. Paul Pasanen is now a Toronto advertising sales representative for Commerce newspaper. Previously he was senior account executive and senior media planner at Palmer Jarvis DDB of Toronto. Jennifer Poulsen is now at High Road Communications' Ottawa office as consultant. Formerly she was marketing communications specialist at QNX Software Systems, where she designed and developed a variety of international communications campaigns. Poulsen has also worked at Corel Corp. of Ottawa as media relations officer. Mary Percat has been promoted to the position of prepress products national marketing manager at Agfa of Toronto. Previously she was digital imaging products marketing manager. Robin McGrath replaces Percat as digital imaging products marketing manager. Prior to joining Agfa, she was marketing development manager at Merisel.
