Marc-Andre Charlebois has been named president and CEO of the Canadian Newspaper Association. Most recently he was president of the Canadian Urban Transit Association. Charlebois has also worked at the Insurance Bureau of Canada as public affairs vice-president and has been executive director of the Canadian Coalition Against Insurance Fraud. Charlebois replaces Richard Dicerni who is now at Ontario Hydro as corporate and environmental affairs senior vice-president. Jason Dawes will join Adidas International of Germany as global media chief in July. Currently he is worldwide media group director at London-based Zenith Media. Forbes West has joined Hill & Knowlton of Toronto as financial services senior vice-president. Most recently he was president of Oxford Investor Relations Corp.
