ST. JOSEPH BUYS PARTNERS IMAGING
By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based printing and digital communications company St. Joseph Corp. has acquired Partners Imaging Inc., also of Toronto. Partners Imaging is a full service high end graphic communications firm. It will operate as a stand-alone business unit. St. Joseph made the buy in order to get access to Partners' pre-press capabilities. "Since it was created four years ago, Partners has emerged as a recognized leader for service and quality in electronic imaging and creative image manipulation," said St. Joseph president Tony Gagliano. "It is a tremendous complement to our five existing business units." St. Joseph's other business units include: St. Joseph Printing; Networks, specializing in photographic and pre-press activities; Digital Direct, a digital color printing company; Canada Communications Group, which runs a network of 65 print centers across the country; and St. Joseph's Development Co., which looks for new business opportunities.
