NOKIA TO RELEASE FASHION PHONES

Finland-based Nokia will introduce a new analog cellular phone to the North American market at the end of the month that is smaller and lighter than its earlier models. Called the Nokia 252, the phone comes in "Classic" and "Fashion" color collections. The classic models come in black, hunter green, wood grain, turbo red, midnight blue and pewter colors. The fashion collection features antique bronze, brushed aluminum, blue glass and signal glow colored phones. Other features of the Nokia 252 include: oversize three-line display, built-in phone directory, built-in owners' manual, one-touch voice mail and emergency dialing. The phone can also send and receive faxes. The Nokia 252 will be promoted using advertorials in Flare and Toronto Life Fashion magazines. The advertorials will be created by the magazines.
