Incendo promotes Eustace

Television production and distribution company Incendo of Montreal has appointed Effi Eustace to the position of senior vice-president of sales for the Americas. She joined the company three years ago as vice-president of sales and marketing. Prior to that, Eustace managed international marketing, publicity and promotion at Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution.
