Melanoma Canada debuts Mole Mobile

Skin cancer support organization Melanoma Canada has begun an initiative called the “Mole Mobile.” The effort makes use of a mobile skin cancer screening unit that will visit major Canadian cities with long wait times for dermatologists, as well as underserved, rural and indigenous communities. The unit’s schedule is available at <http://www.molemobile.ca>, where consumers can also book an appointment. According to the organization, this initiative is the first of its kind in Canada.
