Inglasco acquires The Sports Vault

Inglasco, a sports licensing company based in Sherbrooke, QC, has acquired The Sports Vault, a Winnipeg-based sports licensing and sports novelty company. Inglasco will use the acquisition to expand its distribution and retail capabilities with a larger range of licensed products based on North American professional sports leagues. Inglasco has licensing agreements with the NHL, AHL, ECHL, Hockey Canada and USA Hockey. The Sports Vault has retail products license agreements with the NHL, NFL, MLB, NBA, CFL, NCAA and Canada Soccer.
