Wahi introduces online real estate service

Toronto-based real estate company Wahi has debuted a new online service intended to provide an “end-to-end digital real estate experience” to consumers shopping for a home. The service, located at <http://www.wahi.com>, includes real estate listings updated every 15 minutes, 19 years of historic listings for comparison purposes, local school scores, saved custom searches, real-time alerts, online chats with real estate professionals, the ability to book property viewings and a realtor finding function. Future features will include financing options, a tool that will estimate a property’s value, and a guide to neighbourhoods in the Greater Toronto Area.

“Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in their lifetime,” said Wahi CEO Benjy Katchen. “It's time to harness the power of technology in the service of truth and transparency so that one of life's biggest decisions will never be too big. We want to put the real back into real estate by putting consumers in control of their real estate journey, every step of the way.”
