Ava Airways signs deal with Ada

Ava Airways, an arline based in the Dominican Republic, has signed an agreement with Ada of Toronto to make use of its artificial intelligence product for improved brand interaction with customers. According to the company, the system will improve customer support and enhance the overall experience of customers flying with the airline. This includes communications with new customers highlighting the benefits of the airline, as well as self-serve options for passengers to make changes to their reservation or reschedule flights through the company’s website, mobile application, or text message. The system will also recommend personalized offerings to upgrade passengers, sell seats, bags and meals, as well as integrate with the Ava Airways loyalty program.

“Ava Airways is on a mission to create a cohesive concept for the airline of the future, so when looking for an automation partner, we needed a company that approached innovation in the same vein as us,” said Olivier Arrindell, CEO of Ava Airways. “Once we met Ada and saw their work in forging the path for automated brand interactions, we knew it was a perfect match. As we grow, we want to create more efficient and satisfying customer experiences with an emphasis on personalization, and we know Ada will make this possible for our customers, before, during and after their flights to feel like VIPs.”
