7-Eleven readies summer campaign

Vancouver-based convenience store chain 7-Eleven Canada is preparing a summer marketing campaign called “Sev's 360 Summer Roll With Us.” The campaign will be conducted in association with Canada Skateboard. During the promotion, the company will give away one skateboard per day to members of its 7Rewards loyalty program. The effort will also include contests that will tickets to Canada Skateboard events and other prizes.

Eligible consumers can enter by scanning a 7Rewards card with a purchase or placing an order through the company’s 7Now delivery service. The promotion also includes a Canada Skateboard Slurpee collectible cup, as well as an augmented reality game that can be played through the 7Rewards mobile application.

“This year continues to be challenging for many Canadians and our goal is to provide ways to make this summer enjoyable and easy for all,” said Norman Hower, general manager of 7-Eleven Canada. “As Canadians head out to the beaches and parks to make the most of the outdoors, they can have meals, snacks, and drinks delivered to wherever they may be, or available to pick up on the go, and ‘Sev's 360 Summer Roll With Us’ campaign will add extra fun to the occasion.”
