Altitude Sports readies spring campaign

Sports apparel retailer Altitude Sports will begin a spring campaign on April 7 called “New Found Respect.” According to the company, the campaign is intended to highlight how consumers have “embraced the outdoors” since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The creative will focus on four outdoor activities: running, cycling, camping and hiking. The executions also promote the chain’s same day or next day delivery where available. It will consists of out-of-home advertising in Montreal and Toronto, accompanied by social media content on Facebook and Instagram, as well as 15- and 30-second videos on YouTube.
“Each element of the creative is designed to evoke a specific moment in time and the emotion around re-appreciation for outdoor activities,” said Louis-Dominic Parizeau, vice-president of marketing at Altitude Sports. “Within the campaign we have integrated the best-performing brands offering durable and credible outdoor style with an urban fashion aesthetic.”
