DEADLINE APPROACHING FOR RADIO IMPACT AWARDS

Deadline for entry into the Radio Impact Awards is March 7. All entries must have been aired on a Canadian radio station during 1996, excluding the anti-smoking Health Canada category. In this category, entrants write a 30-second anti-tobacco spot. Radio Impact Award winners will be the top three highest scored commercials. Category awards will be given to first place winners in each category. Honorable Mentions will be given to second place winners and certificates will be presented to third place winners. The awards are sponsored by the Radio Marketing Bureau.
