Applied Electronics signs deal with Never.no

Toronto-based media technology company Applied Electronics has signed an agreement with Never.no, an agency specializing in audience engagement based in Manchester, UK. Under the terms of the agreement, Applied Electronics will license Never.no’s Bee-On service, which is intended to provide broadcasters and advertisers with a way to remotely deliver content incorporating real-time production changes. The company will also provide local support, creative assistance and training for broadcasters and content providers.

“Applied Electronics is excited to represent Never.no in the Canadian marketplace,” said Paul Stechly, president of Applied Electronics. “The way people interact with content has evolved dramatically over the past two decades. It is fascinating to see the incredible possibilities that exist now for global audiences to interact in real time with the content they consume. Never.no appeals to both traditional and non-traditional broadcasters, such as corporations with in-house content creation teams. They are seeing the value in integrating real-time social user-generated content or live dynamic content into their productions. Content teams can have the ability to produce live programming strengthened by real-time audience interaction and engagement analytics.”
