Children Believe conducts Chalkboards for Change promotion

Children Believe, a charitable organization based in Markham, ON, has begun a campaign called “Chalkboards for Change.” The intent of the campaign is intended to raise awareness of the organization’s work supporting children’s education. The initiative encourages consumers to write a childhood dream on a chalkboard, then submit a photograph of it via social media or the <http://www.childrenbelieve.ca>. The promotion also includes oversized chalkboards that will be installed at participating shopping malls in Toronto, Calgary and Halifax, at which consumers can write their dreams. The campaign will run until April 15.

“Whether they live in Canada or abroad, all children have dreams for their future, and Children Believe wants every child to feel they can achieve those dreams,” said Dave Wilson, interim CEO of Children Believe. “‘Chalkboards for Change’ illustrates how education can help propel dreams into reality. We urge everyone to come together, share their childhood dreams and join our mission to empower children to live and dream fearlessly.”
