OMERS promotes Paul

The Toronto-based Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System has promoted Shelagh Paul to the position of vice-president of global communications. She will oversee the organization’s corporate, internal and investing communications activities. Shelagh joined OMERS as vice-president of investment communications in 2017. Prior to that, she was vice-president of marketing at corporate communications at Travelers Canada.
