Hall&Co. adds four

Toronto-based public relations agency Hall&Co. has appointed Ashlee Dubreuil to the position of vice-president of luxury brands. She was previously the founder and chief executive officer of Eslight Worldwide, a commercial and industrial import export business.
Ivan Liu has been appointed to the position of vice-president of business development. He was most operated his own management consultant firm and was president of MyHometurf. Prior to that, he was an relationship manager at TD Bank.
London Lewis and Marshall Hogarth have joined the agency as junior communications coordinators. Both were previously interns at the agency.
