Vancouver-based advertising technology company Good Life Networks has entered into an agreement to acquire 495 Communications, a content marketing firm based in New York. Good Life will pay US$3.5 million for the company, along with a number of performance-based bonuses. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.
"495 Communications is a content publisher with an impressive list of partners that includes more than 2,000 premium websites, as well as proprietary mobile and connected TV applications," said Good Life CEO Jesse Dylan. "This acquisition, along with the recently announced acquisition of ImpressionX, sets GLN up to achieve our aggressive earnings growth objectives for 2019 and beyond."
