Fermentations readies promotional event

Toronto-based winemaking company Fermentations will conduct a promotional event on Dec. 5 to coincide with its 25th anniversary and the 50th anniversary of the Amateur Winemakers Of Ontario. According to the company, the wine tasting media event is intended to promote independent winemakers. As part of the promotion, the two organizations will also make a donation to the winery and viticulture program at Niagara College.
