Heineken Canada debuts new alcohol-free beer

Heineken Canada has launched a new alcohol-free lager called Heineken 0.0. Canada is the first country in North America to debut the product. The branding for the beverage features a blue label in place of the company's usual green. Marketing for the product will focus on its taste and low calorie content.

"Heineken 0.0 provides Canadians who are increasingly interested in living a balanced, healthy lifestyle the opportunity to enjoy every beer moment, while also encouraging responsible alcohol consumption," said Beth Montgomery, senior marketing manager at Heineken Canada. "Heineken 0.0 is a refreshing beer that lets Canadians be part of every moment made for beer, whenever and wherever that may be."
