CANADIAN INVESTMENT FIRM GROWING

Toronto-based Gordon Private Client Corporation opened its fourth national office in Calgary this week. In business since October, the firm hopes to expand to 10-12 offices, or 100 professional partners, across Canada, chief executive officer Peter Wallace told Adnews yesterday. Wallace said the company may look for an agency next year, but added he hadnŐt made up his mind. Gordon Private offers investment advice, products and services to high net worth individuals. Wallace said any marketing the company does would be targeted, rather than brand awareness advertising. Gordon Private, which has offices in Toronto, Montreal and Winnipeg in addition to Calgary, is owned by its investment professionals and Gordon Capital Corp.
