National Bank Correspondent Network rebrands

The Montreal-based National Bank Correspondent Network has undertaken a rebranding initiative. The company will now go by the name National Bank Independent Network. The company specializes in providing products and services to independent wealth management firms. According to the company, the new name is intended to better reflect the expanded client base it serves. NBIN is a division of National Bank Financial, which is a subsidiary of National Bank of Canada.
"At National Bank Independent Network, we have over 200 dedicated professionals to support independent firms with our industry-leading products and services," said Patrick Primerano, president and CEO of the National Bank Independent Network. "The investors that make the choice to work with an independent money manager or advisor will know their assets are safe and secure at National Bank. We are very excited about our new trademark and our continued support of the independent network across Canada."
