New COO at Quebecor Sports and Entertainment

Martin Tremblay has been appointed chief operating officer of the Quebecor Sports and Entertainment Group. He will be based in Quebec City and will be responsible for the activities of Gestev, the Videotron Center, the Quebec Remparts and the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada.Tremblay joined Quebecor in 2010 as special counsel to the president and CEO. In 2012 he became vice-president of public affairs. Prior to joining Quebecor, he was a special counsel to the City of Montreal and a political counsel to the National Assembly of Quebec. Tremblay has also worked at Casacom as a public affairs counsel.
