McLachlan joins Media City

Out-of-home media company Media City has appointed Gregory McLachlan to the position of Quebec sales manager. He will be based at the company's Montreal office. He was most recently an account manager at Astral Out-of-Home. Before that, he was an account manager at CHUM Radio.
