New marketing vice-president at Mountain Province Diamonds

Mountain Province Diamonds of Toronto has appointed Reid Mackie to the position of vice-president of diamond marketing. He was previously lead consultant at RAM Diamond Consulting. Prior to that, he was a marketing consultant at Newfield Resources and manager of sales and marketing at Argyle Pink Diamonds. He has also worked for Rio Tinto Diamonds and Ashton Mining. Mountain Province Diamonds holds a 49% share of the Gahcho Kué diamond mine in the Northwest Territories. The remainder is held by De Beers Canada.
