New executive chairman at Acquisio

Montreal-based digital marketing firm Acquisio has appointed Alex Blum to the position of executive chairman. He was previously CEO of social media software company KickApps. Prior to that, he was president and COO of JumpTV. Blum also spent eight years at AOL, most recently as vice-president of product marketing.

David McIninch has been promoted from marketing vice-president to chief revenue officer. Prior to joining Acquisio, he was vice-president of marketing for the global enterprise solutions division of ADP. Acquisio co-founder Richard Couture has been appointed chief technology officer of the company. He was most recently executive vice-president.
