Veritas Communications hires two

Veritas Communications of Toronto has appointed Jason Cowell to the position of director of digital creative strategy. He has previously been a creative director at BStreet, 58Ninety and Studio Micha Klein, as well as an interactive art director at Warner Bros. Canada and Attik. Cowell has also worked at Young & Rubicam, McCann Erickson and Wechsler.
Jonathan Sy has joine the agency as vice-president of social media and analytics. He was most recently at Edelman, where he was senior digital director, director of digital communications, a senior analyst and a social media analyst. He has also worked at Critical Mass, Cryptologic and the College of Nurses of Ontario.
