Carlock joins Sysomos

Toronto-based social media monitoring company Sysomos has appointed Tom Carlock to the newly-created position of vice-president of innovation and chief customer officer. He was most recently vice-president of data exchange and emerging technologies at Dun & Bradstreet. Prior to joining that company in 2009, he was vice-president of corporate data governance and e-business compliance at AIG. He has also worked at DebTech International, CIT Group, Sony and Skandia. Sysomos is a subsidiary of Marketwired.
