Hill&Knowlton Strategies adds one, promotes two

Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Ottawa has hired Jessica Turner as a consultant in its public and corporate affairs division. She has spent the last five years as communications officer at Public Safety Canada. The agency has also promoted Tristan Eclarin and Stephan Telka from the position of consultant to that of senior consultant. Prior to joining the firm three years ago, Eclarin was a consultant at Ascentum. Telka, who joined the company four years ago, was also a consultant at Ascentum as well as a freelance writer and trainer.
