2XM becomes Mobilogie

Montreal-based mobile and interactive agency 2XM has rebranded itself as Mobilogie. The company, founded in 2010, now intends to focus on mobile strategy.

"Our clients see Mobilogie as a vital extension of their own business that specializes in mobile innovation and R&D," said agency president Antoine Azar. "We are an intrinsic part of their organization and not only help to foster a culture that inherently wants to transform their industry, but help to build the internal structure and knowledge required to maintain it."

In addition, Mobilogie has formed an association with Vancouver-based wireless technology company Wavefront to conduct a series of events on the subject of mobile trends and business models for specific industries such as retail, banking, insurance, transport, telecommunications and medical.

The agency has also introduced a new mobile innovation fund. Mobilogie will invite small and medium-sized organizations with a mobile project to apply for funding to accelerate their development and commercialization.
