Matricis Informatique buys Para9

Montreal-based business technology consulting firm Matricis Informatique has acquired Para9, a developer of mobile applications also based in Montreal. Matricis will add application development to its existing management, cloud computing, web development and virtualization services. "Para9's expertise perfectly complements what we do at Matricis," said Matricis president Francois Beaubien. "Together, we can offer a wider range of services allowing users to validate and more clearly understand the added value of our solutions on a daily basis."
