STARBUCKS EXPAND INTO JAPAN

Seattle-based Starbucks Corp. will open an outlet in Tokyo tomorrow. This is the first time the specialty coffee retailer has opened a store outside North America. It has plans to open another 12 outlets in the city this year. Japan is the fourth-largest coffee-consuming country in the world, after the U.S, Brazil and Germany.
