New CEO at Empirical

Toronto-based marketing company Empirical has appointed Stephen Tapp to the position of chief executive officer. Tapp was previously the founder of Hercules Media Group as well as president and chief operating officer of XM Satellite Radio Canada. He was also executive vice-president of CHUM Television.
