DUGGAN MOVES TO BCTV

Barry Duggan has been appointed president and CEO of BCTV in Vancouver. Previously he held the same position at Edmonton TV station ITV. Both stations are owned by WIC Western International Communications of Vancouver. Duggan started working at WIC in 1992 at the company's Red Deer TV station, RDTV. Before joining WIC, he was executive vice-president and general manger of CKVU in Vancouver. WIC operates in four market segments: television, pay television, radio and satellite network services.
