A new agency called Crave Public Relations has opened in Toronto. The firm, founded by president Saskia Brussaard, will specialize in the food, wellness and lifestyle sectors. Its services include media relations, writing, event planning, product photography, recipe development, media training, spokesperson management, stakeholder relations, trade and consumer show support, and social media activities. Brussaard was previously manager of the healthcare and nutrition practice at Porter Novelli Canada.
