Fitzgibbon joins Transcontinental board

Pierre Fitzgibbon has has joined the board of directors of Montreal-based Transcontinental. He is president and CEO of Atrium Innovations, a developer of products for the health and nutrition industry. He has also been vice-chairman of investment financing at National Bank Financial, senior vice-president of finance technology and corporate affairs at the National Bank of Canada, chief financial officer at TIW and president, CEO and managing director of New World PCS. In addition, J.V. Raymond Cyr has departed the Transcontinental board after 12 years.
