Scooter campaign underway in Toronto

Toronto-based Studio Cycle Group has begun an advertising campaign in that city for the Kymco line of scooters. The campaign, developed by The BrainStorm Group, uses the tagline, "Take the Kymco." The effort is intended to promote the scooter as a reliable form of alternative transportation for residents of the city. The creative consists of out-of-home and online elements. "We're launching the campaign at a time when the city is frantic with activity," said agency president Bob Froese. "Everyone seems to be jockeying for the final spot on the streetcar or subway. We're going to show Torontonians that a Kymco is a great alterative to public transit. Kymco vehicles are known world wide for their reliability, style and quality."
