Autohound.ca conducts launch campaign

Used vehicle website Autohound.ca has begun a marketing campaign promoting its launch. The site is a joint venture between Boost Motors, the Globe and Mail and a number of automotive dealers. It currently contains listing on approximately 1,500 used vehicles in Ontario. The site plans to expand its coverage to the rest of the country in the near future. "With dealers as partners in Autohound, we've been able to create a site that gives dealers a better online marketing experience and gives consumers a more robust presentation of vehicles including service guarantees, peer referrals and a wealth of photos and information," said Autohound CEO Greg Connor. The supporting ad campaign consists of television, radio, online and print advertising. The creative features a bassett hound spokescharacter called Louie who rescues a consumer looking for a used vehicle.
