InterContinental hotel retains JAR Creative

The InterContinental Toronto Centre on Front Street hotel has hired JAR Creative of Toronto. For the next year, the agency will work to raise awareness of the centre and its facilities. The assignment includes design and marketing communications, focusing on online social networks, contests and promotions. Jar has worked for the hotel on a project basis for the last year. "With a new spa and restaurant added to our accommodations, and a solid working relationship already in place, we felt it only made sense to partner with JAR Creative," said Yola Marshall, the hotel's sales and marketing director. "Their experience with the hotel market and innovative ideas, particularly with regards to online marketing, will move the InterContinental Toronto Centre to the next level of branding and promotion."
