Defunct men's lifestyle magazine Toro has returned in an online version called Toromagazine.com. The Web-only publication is a production of Toronto-based Black Angus Media, co-founded by Chris Bratty and William Morassutti. "In today's fast-paced environment the instant access to information and entertainment that the Web provides is unparalleled," said managing director Morassutti. "Therefore, bringing Toro back as an online entity was a natural transition. Keeping with the brand's legacy we want to push the boundaries by creating a compelling model of what a men's magazine can become when using state-of-the-art digital technology and innovation." The site will cover subjects including sports, style, drinks, cars, gadgets and sex. The content will also include videos and animation, along with user-submitted material. The launch of the site is being promoted with four 30-second videos hosted on a website at <http://www.whatmenneedtoknow.ca>. The original print version of Toro was launched in 2003 and discontinued in February 2007.
