DYLEX NAMES NEW TIP TOP CHIEF

Toronto-based Dylex Ltd. has appointed Albert Israel president of its Tip Top Tailors menswear chain. Previously he was president and CEO of GFT Mode Canada and president of GFT Apparel Corp.'s menswear division in the U.S. He has also been president of Siga Designs International. Israel replaces Chris Johnston, who resigned in February.
