Captivate Network adds two

Toronto-based Captivate Network has hired Paul Bolté as vice-president of sales. He will oversee the sales staff in Toronto. Bolté was most recently executive vice-president of sales at Onestop Digital Media Sales. Prior to that, he was vice-president of sales at Cineplex Media. Michele Green has been appointed field marketing manager. She will support the business development of the Toronto sales staff and handle various marketing activities. Green was previously the marketing manager at InfiCorp. Prior to that, she was an account supervisor at Euro RSCG.
