Environics Communications introduces multicultural services

Environics Communications of Toronto has introduced a new range of services intended to assist its clients reach multicultural audiences. These include public and media relations in 15 languages, promotional activities and sampling at multicultural malls and festivals, research, demographic information and communications training. "The cultural complexion of Canada has changed, particularly in large urban markets but also in medium-sized cities," said Bruce MacLellan, president of the agency. "Smart companies recognize that understanding our diversity and communicating effectively pays dividends.
