Logosbrands changes hands

Toronto-based Logosbrands has new owners. Company president Brian Smith is retiring after 25 years and has sold the company to John Miziolek and Franca DiNardo, the firm’s director of marketing and senior creative director, respectively. “With their experience, creative vision and business acumen, I can’t think of a better scenario than having the two most senior members of the team continue what I started over two and a half decades ago,” said Smith. Miziolek will take on the positions of president and chief executive officer, while DiNardo will become vice-president and chief creative officer. These changes are effective immediately. Logosbrands specializes in branding, packaging, new media and corporate design.
